What can I expect at OPUS XII: Club Cabaret?
OPUS will welcome guests with a show-stopping cabaret performance, hors d’oeuvres, a seated dinner and an auction featuring exclusive packages. After dinner, guests will enjoy drinks, dancing, and a 10-piece band to top off the evening! Club Cabaret includes access to the post-cabaret OPUS: Encore event.
What is the OPUS XII: Encore ticket option?
Join us for the final toast of the evening! The OPUS: Encore ticket includes event entry starting at 9:30 PM, libations, late night bites, access to the silent auction, not to mention a bit of revelry. Come hear the music play and the horns blow as the Manhattan band closes out the night with your favorite (modern) cabaret tunes. Get ready to kick up your heels and grab your tickets for OPUS: Encore today!

I’m registered for the event. Am I automatically registered in Handbid?
No. All interested bidders must create a Handbid account, regardless of event registration. An IT Help Desk will be available at the event to assist guests with the Handbid experience. We do recommend downloading and familiarizing yourself with the app ahead of October 14 to improve your OPUS experience.
Do Circle Club members receive tickets to OPUS?
We greatly appreciate the support of our Circle Club patrons. However, due to limited capacity, Circle Club donors have not previously nor currently receive(d) complimentary OPUS tickets. However, Circle Club donors are eligible for (a) discounted ticket(s) to OPUS: Encore, our NEW post-cabaret event, which takes place immediately following the seated dinner and cabaret performances. How do I participate in the silent auction?
All bidding will be conducted virtually through your smartphone device. We encourage everyone to download the Handbid app prior to the event to participate in the silent & live auction. You can download the Handbid app from the Apple iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store. Once downloaded, search for “OPUS XII” . Before you can bid, register for the event through the app and/or website plus preview all available auction packages.
The “OPUS XII: Club Cabaret” Handbid page will be available starting October 1, 2023.
Can I participate in the silent auction if I don’t attend the event?
Yes! If you are unable to attend the event, we encourage you to participate in the silent auction virtually through Handbid. Please see FAQ “How do I participate in the silent auction?” for details.
Will I need a ticket to enter OPUS XII?
CLUB CABARET guests will not need a ticket for entry. When the doors open at 6:30 PM, Club Cabaret guests will be asked to check-in at the registration table for table and bidding information.
ENCORE guests will need a virtual ticket from Eventbrite in order to enter the event. Doors will not open for Encore attendees until 9:30 PM sharp. To find you ticket, search the inbox of the email you used to make your purchase for the address “noreply@event.eventbrite.com”. Once you find the email, you’ll find your OPUS: Encore ticket(s) attached!
